Japanese Lace: Ages 18+: June 2nd

If you are looking for a new skill that is meditative and also easily portable, then chainmaille might be for you. Using only pliers and jump rings, you will learn to create the Japanese Lace chainmaille weave to make a custom bracelet. You will use aluminum and anodized aluminum which keeps this bracelet lightweight, comfortable, and tarnish free for years to come.

Please note: This class is only two hours, so if you do not finish in the time allotted, you will be given the remaining materials to finish at home or you are welcome to stay in the gallery and finish at our workshop table. Once you learn the pattern, it is a copy/paste situation, so all that you need to be successful and learn will be given in the time we have together.
